My Progress So Far with the Rocket Piano Tutorial on Piano Online

It’s been about 5 months since I started using the Rocket Piano and it is still my opinion that it’s one of the best piano tutorials you will find on or offline. In fact I am beginning to suspect that it can easily take the place of lessons with a teacher. Don’t get me wrong, I have very little experience with piano teachers due to my lack of time (which is how I found the Rocket Piano program in the first place) but I am playing just as good as my friends who have been playing piano for years!

The tutorials on piano that this program provides I think are well worth every penny and then some. In fact I even wrote the owner of the program and asked why it’s sold so cheap, I got a reply that the program is meant to help people and that is their mission, not to make a lot of money. I thought getting a reply in the first place was cool (I didn’t expect one) but the reply itself makes me even more sure about telling my friends and family about it.

So anyway there isn’t a song I want to play that I can’t play, and when I want to learn a new song that isn’t in the program I simply use the methods taught through out each good piano tutorial to make it happen. All in all it’s my opinion that for less than $40 this is a program you can’t pass up if you’re serious about learning how to play the piano without putting a lot of time into it. I’d love to hear your stories if you use the Rocket Piano, so email me. Good luck!

Why the Rocket Piano is My Favorite Online Piano Tutorial

First of all I don’t want to beat a dead horse but again, I really think that the Rocket Piano is one of the best, if not the best online piano tutorials available. My first experience with the program was downloading the free introductory course where I actually learned how to play Amazing Grace within the first few minutes! This is when I knew the program was probably going to work for me, even though I felt that I had literally minutes a day to spare.

The Rocket Piano is a full tutorial on piano program that is stuffed with all kinds of goodies to take advantage of. There is beginner, intermediate and advanced courses along with jazz tutorials on piano. Not only that but it come with an entire collection of gospel, spiritual and hymns if that is something you’re interested in. Honestly I don’t use this part of the program but that doesn’t change the effectiveness of these online piano tutorials. There are even jam tracks and quizzes to complete the package, things I didn’t expect to find in the program.

After about 30 minutes of practice each night for a couple of weeks, I was playing songs I never thought I could learn in my lifetime let alone in just days! I mean, I am playing Elton John and Billy Joel songs which are my favorites!

I’ll keep my blog updated as I progress, so stay tuned…

You Only Need One Tutorial on Piano

March 2nd, 2010

The whole idea of this blog is to give you an idea of how an online tutorial on piano worked for me, and still works for me to this day. I think that the program is so effective that it is definitely worth sharing in hopes that it can help someone else.

Like so many people today between work and other obligations around the house and life in general, I didn’t have any extra time to take out for myself to do the things I like to do. I spent each day going through the motions by taking care of work, house chores and errands before hitting the sack to get up and do it all over again.

It wasn’t until my grandmother passed away that I realized how much of my life I’ve been wasting and just reflecting on things in general. When I found out she left me her piano, I decided things were going to change. But what ended up happening is months passed by and I didn’t take one tutorial for piano. I just couldn’t fit the time in!

So I finally got online to see if I could order a “how to” book and have it shipped to my house in hopes that I could move through tutorials on piano at my own pace. What I found instead blew my mind enough that I was skeptical at first… it’s called the Rocket Piano. I read the information I could find about this online version of piano tutorials but I was just too skeptical to purchase the program. I took my time checking things out on the Internet but nothing impressed me as much as the Rocket Piano so I kept going back to it.

After about a week I decided to go ahead and take the plunge, I wasn’t finding anything else that promised as much as this program and I figured this could end up being the best tutorial on piano I find. The philosophy alone excited me because it’s all about learning my favorite songs even from the get go. Once I got started I was having so much fun that I was staying up to late at night!

I’d like to invite you to take a look around my blog here and see why the Rocket Piano has worked so well for me, and how it might work just as good for you! Thanks to this program I am finally playing songs I dreamed about playing when I was a little girl and I hope you can find the same kind of excitement too.
